多样食物等热量交换,轻松搭配全天食谱
日常食材热量估算表(食物热量换算表)
本《热量计算总表》中所列每份食材热量约为90千卡。
临床和生活中,常见食物的计量单位大多和90千卡有关联,比如一个鸡蛋(中等大小,约60克)热量为90千卡,一根香蕉的热量为90千卡等。所以在食物热量换算表中,将“等份量”的概念引入,以帮助更多的糖尿病患者计算每日热量,限制自己的饮食。
比如糖尿病患者每日的限制热量数为1800千卡,1800/90=20,也就是需要20份的食物,根据这个来计算食物用量和搭配饮食。
