白朗姆酸乳酪蛋糕
材料
饼干底:苏打饼干160克,黄油38克,糖15克,牛奶10毫升
慕斯馅:奶油乳酪80克,牛奶60毫升,蛋黄45克,糖30克,白朗姆酒30毫升,吉利丁7克,酸奶35毫升,打发淡奶油100克,柠檬汁8毫升
