Specification for Design of Combustible Gas and Toxic Gas Detection and Alarm for Petrochemical Industry has been approved as a national standard with a serial number of GB 50493-2009 and it shall be implemented from October 1，2009.The articles 3.0.1，3.0.2 and 3.0.4 are mandatory and must be enforced strictly.
Authorized by the Standard Quota research Institute of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China，this specification is published and distributed by China Planning Press.
