➊ 将金针菇的根部切去。

➍ 蒸锅内倒入适量水烧开,放入装有金针菇的盘子,中大火蒸5分钟后取出。

➏ 将芝麻油倒入锅中,中火烧热后淋在剁椒酱上,再淋上生抽即可。
小贴士
□如果不喜欢剁椒,可以用蒜蓉或者其他调料来代替。
□新鲜的金针菇的菇帽呈半球形,不会开裂,闻起来有股淡淡的清香。
